Here's The Scoop Card

   At the moment, I am loving all things stamping so I have been organizing them. I had a shocking realization that I have over 130 stamp sets and recently I bought myself some new stamps at Simon Says Stamp and Scrapbook.com as a birthday gift to me.

   Here is a card that I made for my brother's upcoming birthday. He is a big foodie and dog lover so I thought these stamp sets that I used were a perfect match to him. 

 Supplies: cardstock (My Mind's Eye and The Paper Studio), journaling card (Becky Higgins), stamps (Simon Says Stamp and Altenew), tools: MISTI, markers (Spectrum Noir), stamping ink (Hero Arts and Momento), and washi tape (Scotch Brand Expressions)

   I am loving the Altenew inside sentiment stamp set. I see a ton of use of this set in the future. 

A Halloween Card

   Today, I am sharing with you a Halloween card created with the CAS(E) #190 card sketch. 

Here is my take on the sketch. 

Supplies: cardstock (Canvas Home Basics), stamps (Karen Foster), ink (Close to My Heart), doily (Doodlebug Designs), markers (Spectrum Noir)  and stamping tool (MISTI)

  I stuck super close to the sketch but felt that it needed something extra so I added a doily.  I think my coloring is getting better. I think the shading on the Count is spot on. 

Stamped and Colored Hello Card

  Today's card share is for the Paper Smooches "Anything Goes" challenge. 

   I only have one stamp set that was from Paper Smooches and that I got years ago in a Studio Calico kit. I never used it before , except for the "hello". It was perfect since I was in a fall mode.

   This was the first time I created a scene stamped and colored card with no pattern paper. As you can see, I need more practice on the marker work. 

  Even, though the shading is off I still like how it came out.

Stamped Single layer Season's Greetings Card

 Over the weekend, I got to play along with the My Favorite Things "Camp Create". This post is for the bonfire Craft – single layer savvy

   Here is my take on the challenge. 

 Supplies: cardstock (Canvas Home Basics), markers (Spectrum Noir), stamps (My Mind's Eye and The Paper Company), punch (Fiskars), and color pencil

   I am in love with this card. I am still a newbie with alcohol markers so the shading is off but it is still a cute outcome.

 

I ended up coloring the banner with a coloring pencil.

Fall Mood Challenge @ SBC

   I am not one who is drawn too mood boards. I always find myself digging deep into my stash just to find that perfect color that is depicted in the board. However, this month's challenge over at Scrapbook Challenges spoke to me and I knew I had to do it.

  Here is how it inspired me.

   Of course, I found a mood board I loved and I had to search for a photo to use. I ended up using a week in the life photo I took a few month's ago. I journaled about my favorite fall things, apples and pumpkins.
