A Game of Simon

This is the second Wednesday of the month and that means it is time for another fun challenge over at Child's Play Challenges. This round has to do with the memory game Simon, which I never played but had other versions like Henry and Bop It.

This game inspire me to use the game's pie shape design on this layout. I have been wanting to do a pie chart on a layout  for awhile now. I am glad this challenge came around or this would still be sitting on my someday soon to do list.
Supplies: pattern paper (Glitz Designs), diecuts (Chic Tags and Basic Grey), stickers (American Crafts), twine (Timeless Twine), stitch template (American Crafts), flair (Zappy Dots), doily, sequins (Studio Calico and Hobby Lobby), ink (Stampabilities) and stamp (K & Co.)
This page came together within an hour but it took almost 2 hours to complete the title. Yes, you read that right. I did the stitching with twine and by hand. I am sure it would have gone faster if I didn't start it when I was half asleep at 2a.m.
Right now, I am loving the these premade tags that Chic Tags and Elle's Studio makes.
Thanks for stopping by and I promise more posts will be posted this week. Be sure to see the full design team reveal at CPC
