Product Challenge

Today's birthday challenge for S~N~S has to do with baker's twine, of course. I love my twine and I thought  this would be a time to do a product challenge.
On this page I used the twine to frame my photos and I also did a doodle trail.

Supplies: cardstock (The Paper Studio) pattern paper (American Crafts and Craft Paper), stickers (October Afternoon) washi tape (Target), border punches (Fiskars), mists (Heidi Swapp), electronic cutter and cartridges (Cricut), twine (Timeless Twine), arrow (Scenic Route), paper clip and doily.
I love the twine trail and the little star confetti from my border punch.
I use glossy accents is my glue of choice. I let it set up a bit before I lay my twine onto it.
Now, it is your turn to have some create a layout or card and upload it below. One lucky person will win this:
Ten yards of each color of twine.
If you are an international winner I will give you a $20.00 gift certificate to the Scrapbook Nerds store.
If the linking tool don't work just leave the link in the comment section. You have until June 28th  12 a.m. to have your card or layout posted.

  4. great page Mandi! Question for ya ... how do you adhere your twine on the page? Do you use glue dots, or clear liquid glue, or something else? Your doodle trail looks so perfect, but when I stick twine down it often looks flimsy. Would love your input! :)

  14. What an awesome layout . . . and love your use of the twine. And what a GREAT prize, too. I just love baker's twine and have just started adding to my "collection". :) Here's a layout I've been working on for the past 2 weeks or so . . . kept getting distracted as I waiting for things to dry.
