More cards

Here are a few cards I created this month from various inspiration sites. Only the first one is being entered in a challenge. I missed the deadline for the last two by a week or two.
This was was based on Sketch~N~Scrap card sketch.
It was made just from three project Life cards, a doily and twine.
Supplies: journaling cards (Project Life), doily (Doodlebug Designs), twine (Timeless Twine), stamp (Studio G) and embossing powder (Stampabilities)

This card was a just for fun project. I wanted to use the last scraps from Lillybee Designs papers I have been hoarding the last couple of years. I am sorry to say it is all gone because they are no longer in business.
Pattern paper (Lillybee Designs), doily (SRM Stickers), sticker (My Mind's Eye) and die cut (My Mind's Eye)

The next two cards were created from sketches from CAS(E). I don't usually play with their sketches because the are not my style but this year I want to dabble in more cleaner cards.
This was sketch #109

Supplies: cardstock (American Crafts), washi tape (Studio Calico and Doodlebug Designs), doily (SRM Stickers), stamp (Studio Calico), stickers (Basic Grey), ink (Memento) and sequins (Hazel & Ruby)

This is based on their sketch #107.

Supplies: (pattern paper (Pink Paislee), washi tape (Doodlebug Designs and Studio Calico), stamps (Studio Calico), embossing powder (Gel-a-tins), ink (Close to My Heart and Memento), sequins (Tree House Studio), punch (EK Success)

3 More Layouts

The first sketch layout I am sharing is from Scrapping Everyday Miracles
This layout is of photos of my mom in 1955.
Supplies: pattern paper (Echo Park, Crate Paper and Bo Bunny), stickers (Echo Park and American Crafts), doily (Doodlebug), chipboard (Crate Paper), mist (Heidi Swapp), ,ask (The Crafters Workshop), pen (Project Life), punch (We R Memory Keepers)

   Close-ups.

This sketch is from Let's Get Sketchy
This page is of my mom in the 1960s. Yes, she is wearing skis on that little snow pile.
Supplies: cardstock (The Paper Studio), pattern paper (Carta Bella and The Paper Studio), sequins (Fancy Pants Designs), stickers (Carta Bella), wood veneer (Studio Calico)

The final one is from Sketches in Thyme
This page is documenting my eye health journey for this month. I am sure there will be more eye layouts in the future. The photos were taken of before  and after I got contacts.
Supplies: pattern paper (LilyBee Designs, Crate Paper, and Echo Park), doily (Doodlebug), stickers (Elle's Studio, Studio Calico and SRM Stickers), stitching template (American Crafts), embroidery floss, wood veneer (?) stamp (glitz Designs), ink (Stampabilities) flair (Studio G), marker (Faber-Castell), journaling card (Project Life), diecut (My Mind's Eye), sequins (Hazel & Ruby)
I am a huge fan of hidden journaling. I love keep my personal feelings hidden on pages.
I used vellum stickers for "vision"  because it blends in and it makes it hard to see. It seemed perfect since I am scrapping about eyes.

Tomorrow, I will share some of the cards I made. However, I have an eye doctor appointment in the morning so it might be late posting.

Elf Antics

I can't believe Christmas is in four days. I am sure everyone is super busy getting the last minute things done but I am glad to see you took some time out to see the latest sketch reveal from Simple Sketches.
I stuck to the sketch for my page. I love the slit tilt and layers. I just changed the size of my photos.
Supplies cardstock (The Paper Studio and American Crafts), pattern paper (Pretty Little Studio and Lily Bee Designs), flair (Studio Calico) doily (Studio Calico), sequins (Tree House Studio), stickers (American Crafts and Studio Calico), washi tape (Target)
This year I was the first time my family and I did the Elf on the Shelf. Every night I hid him and my parent and brother find it in the morning. Usually, my dad ends up re-hiding it or doing something to the scene I set up. My family like looking for it and plus, it gives me something to photograph on days I don't have anything for my Dec. Dail but so far I have other things.
Thanks for stopping by and hope on over to Simple Sketches to see the full reveal. Have a wonderful Christmas and God bless.
