Edger Birthday Card

Hello everyone, I am stopping by today with a simple birthday card.
I used an Impression Obsession celebrate edger die. If you are new to these here is a quick tip on getting it right every time.  First, create a scoreline in the card base, make sure the cardstock is wider than the die. Line the die's score line on the card's fold scoreline. Use a low tack tape to hold it in place, Don't over tape the die to the card since the tape becomes more "permanent" once it is through the machine.

Here is what the back of the card looks like once the edger is popped out.

I used the bunting die from Frantic Stamperbelow the edger to mimic the banner embossed cardstock. The die might be little but cuts through the glitter and mirror cardstocks easily.

Then it comes to making cards I love to create a matching envelope seal, I figure it is a great way to use some of the scraps that I have from creating the card. I punch a 1" circle from cardstock and glue a die-cut, in this case, a little party hat.
