Independence Day Blog Hop

Welcome to your sixth stop on this fun hop. If you didn't arrive here from Devra's blog go back to Amanda's blog and work your way on through.
I was going to show you a flag I was going to make with rolled paper but was not turning out. It is strange how you envision something and when you make it it turns into a failure.
So I would have a project to share with everybody I created this quick, simple and pretty banner. This came out better than I thought.  It was great to use the red and blue cardstock that I had for years.
Supplies: cardstock, doilies, spray ink, distress stain, baker's twine and Cricut.
I hope you enjoy your stop and my projects.
Your next stop is to Jordan's blog.

Two Weeks ?

I can't believe it has been over two weeks since I last posted. My life has been busy with an injured dog, applying to four design teams and just being summer.
I want to show this page I made.
I made the flags with toothpicks and washi tape and fussy cut the flower from a floral pattern paper.
I mixed new items from my stash with some old ones. New: washi tape and title items. Old pattern papers I have had for about two years.

Supplies: Cardstock - the Paper Studio; pattern paper, flower trim, marker and stickers - American Crafts; bling and brads - My Mind's Eye; bakers twine - Doddle Bug; pom-pom trim - Simplicity; washi tape from Target and Walmart; doily.
Come back tomorrow for the Independence blog hop hosted by members on Club CK. (I am still working on my project) I told you I was busy.

Great & Grand

This page is of my brother and are great and grand mom's.
I use Creative Sketch from their one hour challenge.
I have only one border punch so I used it on the ruler paper.
Sorry for the poor quality. The photo was taken in the basement and my photo editing software was too slow to do any editing.
