This was the original sketch #303 from Scrapbook Challenges.
As you can see the updated has change very little but I think the newer way is easier to do since colors on sketches always seem hard for me to create with since I get it in my brain that I have to use that color that is shown.

Here is a little closer look of the modeling paste. I love the clock mask. It is a perfect touch to these older photos.
