Bedroom Artwork

I know today is Monday and you are probably here for the latest sketch reveal for Scrapbook Challenges but due to technical problems the post for last week never went live, so it will be today and this week's will be revealed this Saturday for National Scrapbook Day. If you want to see my project again click here.
Over the last month and a half I have been busy redoing my bedroom. Last week I completed it. I had finished all the artwork and hung it up.  Some of this work I am about to share with you might look familiar. I shared the burlap piece last year and the mason jar lids two years ago. I just never hung it up because I never painted my room since I moved into it two years ago.
I knew I wanted to have the quote "I love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck". It holds a lot of meaning to me. Every night, when I was a little girl my jido (grandpa) said that to my brother and I and we replied back with the same quote. When I saw this challenge from my friend Kelly I knew I need to stop putting this off so I cold enter it.
 Here are some closeups.
I used a project life card to create this canvas.
This one I covered the canvas with fabric, added vinyl sentiment and painted over the with paint I had leftover from my desk. While it was still wet I removed the vinyl. After it dried I outlined the words with a waterdown black paint. I
This one was so fun to do. I did the same steps as the previous canvas but this was done on a dollar store tray and painted with chalkboard paint.
This canvas I went a little wild. I had fun with gelato, stamps, maks, spray inks and modeling paste on this.
This was the first canvas I made for my room. I printed a photos on to photo transfer paper and ironed it onto the canvas. It took a couple of tries but I love how it came out, even it there are cracks in it. I think it makes it look like it was hand painted.
This I always had in my room but never hung up until last week.
Here all those mason jar lids. I need to make more of these so I can changed them out through the seasons.
I couldn't do all the pieces and not have one of Buster. I the photo transfer technique on this too but embellished is with a washi tape and gelato.
Here is my desk and clock. I am loving this color. It is my all time favorite color right now. The walls came out great too. I love the white border between the two colors. It looks like a piece of trim was attached to the walls.
Thanks dropping by and I hope you enjoyed a small tour of my bedroom.
