Handmade Holiday Blog Hop

Welcome to your twelfth stop on this handmade hop.

I am going to show you how to make these cute toppers for packages that are also your to / from tag.
You might have seen the snowflakes online at HGTV or on the Carol Duvall Show. I added something in the center to turn them into a pretty topper.
Here is what your finish topper looks like

So this post is not a mile long and I know you can't wait to see what Briana has in store for you, I am posting the link to the instructions for the snowflake base.
 After the base is done all you have to do is add the stamped and decorated to / from circle to the center with a foam dot.
